**Position Overview:**

The Operations Manager will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Image One Facility Solutions franchise. This position requires a strong background in sales, preferably within the commercial cleaning industry, as well as exceptional leadership and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities:**

This position would entail overseeing all aspects of the business's operations while also actively contributing to its growth and development.

Operational Management Responsibilities:

• Hiring and managing cleaning staff: Recruiting, training, and supervising cleaning personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Scheduling and resource management: Creating and managing cleaning schedules, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Quality control: Implementing quality assurance measures to maintain service standards and address any issues promptly.
• Client communication and satisfaction: Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Supply chain management: Procuring cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials, managing inventory, and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
• Health and safety compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices, and providing training to staff as needed

• Business Development Responsibilities:
• Sales generation: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting sales calls, and pitching cleaning services to potential clients, providing quotes
• Client relationship management: Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
• Strategic planning: Contributing to the development of business strategies, setting goals and targets, and devising action plans to achieve them.
• Performance monitoring and reporting: Tracking key performance indicators, analyzing business metrics, and preparing reports to assess business performance and inform decision-making.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,039.00 - $69,896.43 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
